- Watched a Powerpoint and identified: "Who do you need?" and "What is happening?"
- Completed a worksheet with vocabulary about what is happening in certain pictures.
- Shared information about non-emergency numbers.
- Looked at a script for an emergency phone call and acted it out with a classmate
- Talked about when you go to the hospital, the medical clinic, to your own doctor or to the pharmacy (Not all classes have done this)
- Discussed listening comprehension strategies that are useful for listening activities in class.
- Listened to an audio recording of an emergency phone call and answered multiple choice comprehension questions.
- Started a crossword with vocabulary about Emergencies.
- Practiced for the Vocabulary Quiz (Nov. 19th or 20th) using quizlet.
- Completed the Vocabulary Quiz.
